1. Latex Compounding
Natural latex from rubber trees is carefully blended with approved additives such as stabilizers, accelerators, and vulcanizing agents in temperature-controlled tanks to achieve the desired elasticity, strength, and consistency.
2. Mold Dipping
Clean glass or ceramic formers shaped like condoms are dipped into the liquid latex compound, often multiple times, to create a thin and uniform rubber film on each mold.
3. Drying & Vulcanization
The latex-coated formers pass through heated ovens where the film is dried and vulcanized. This chemical process strengthens the rubber, giving it elasticity and durability.
4. Beading
Brushes or rollers form a reinforced ring at the open end of the condom while it remains on the former, creating the characteristic bead that helps it stay in place.
5. Leaching & Washing
Condoms undergo leaching in ammonia or water solutions to remove residual chemicals and proteins. This step minimizes allergy risks and ensures product safety.
6. Drying & Stripping
After final drying, the finished condoms are gently stripped from the formers using water jets or mechanical methods and collected for further processing.
7. Electronic Testing
Every single condom is subjected to 100% electronic testing using high-voltage scanners to detect even the smallest pinholes or manufacturing defects.
8. Lubrication
A layer of silicone- or water-based lubricant is applied to the condoms as needed, improving comfort and ease of use during application.
9. Foil Packaging
Each condom is automatically placed into an individual foil wrapper, sealed airtight, and printed with batch numbers and expiry dates for protection and traceability. 10. Cartoning & Inspection
Packaged condoms are placed into retail boxes or cartons. Final visual inspections and quality audits ensure only defect-free products reach consumers. As for the international market, we will load the cartons into the pallet and then loading into the containers, this will prove the safety in delivery.
