Q: Can I request free samples before placing a bulk order? EN: Ja, we provide free factory samples for quality evaluation and laboratory testing. Buyers only need to cover the international express shipping cost (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

Q: What is your typical production lead time? EN: For first-time OEM orders, lead time is typically 30 til 40 days after design artwork confirmation and deposit payment, as new packaging artwork requires printing setup. Repeat orders are usually completed within 20 til 25 days.
